1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on fun247. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. fun247 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. If we discover that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any funds in the account returned subject to identity verification.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one fun247 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, fun247 reserves the right to close all accounts, void outstanding bets, and withhold any bonus funds. Genuine winnings from real-money play that were not obtained through bonus abuse may be returned to the player's registered payment method at the Company's discretion.

1.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and to update that information promptly if it changes. fun247 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, or account closure.

1.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing. fun247 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. The Platform is operated internationally. Players are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to them.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. fun247 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice. Current indicative minimums are ৳200 for deposits and ৳500 for withdrawals, though these figures are subject to change.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to identity verification requirements being met. fun247 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the fun247 account.

2.4 Funds and Account Balance

All funds deposited into your fun247 account are held on account for the purpose of betting and gaming only. fun247 does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances do not constitute a deposit with a financial institution and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Players are responsible for ensuring their account balance is sufficient before placing a bet.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by fun247 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. Where a specific bonus carries its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms and, in the case of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

fun247 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee wagering completion without genuine risk, and colluding with other players to abuse promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, fun247 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abuse, and close the account.

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

fun247 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, fun247 will honour the terms applicable at the time of the claim unless the player is found to be in breach of these Terms.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by fun247. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. fun247 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error (incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters) may be voided at fun247's discretion.

4.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on fun247 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other international and domestic competitions. Specific rules applying to each sport — including how markets are settled in the event of abandonment, rain interruptions, player retirement, or event cancellation — are set out in the individual sport rules available within the betting section of the Platform. In cases not covered by sport-specific rules, fun247's general settlement rules apply and the Company's decision is final.

4.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the fun247 platform, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and card games, are operated using independently certified software. The return-to-player percentages and game rules for each title are accessible within the game itself or in the game information panel. fun247 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of cards, wheels, or dice handled by a professional dealer.

4.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet placement — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software faults — fun247 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from available data and settle the result accordingly. Where a definitive result cannot be established, the bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned. fun247's decision regarding malfunction settlements is final.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fun247 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any multiplayer format
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fun247 staff or other players

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fun247 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. fun247 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately. fun247 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to keep credentials secure.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

fun247 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available to every registered player and take effect promptly upon request. Requests to extend self-exclusion periods are always honoured; requests to shorten a self-exclusion period are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

6.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

7.1 Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. fun247 accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime, delays in bet processing, or inability to access your account during a period of unavailability.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

While fun247 makes every effort to display accurate odds, market information, game statistics, and promotional details, errors may occasionally occur. fun247 reserves the right to correct any such errors and, where an error has materially affected a bet or game outcome, to void and re-settle the affected transactions at the correct terms. The Company's liability in such cases is limited to returning the affected stake to the player's account balance.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fun247's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in connection with the incident giving rise to the claim. fun247 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the fun247 Platform — including but not limited to the fun247 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from fun247.

9.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fun247 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the first instance, players with a complaint or dispute should contact the fun247 support team by email at [email protected], providing full details of the issue and any relevant transaction references. fun247 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached between the player and the Company, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in fun247's gaming licence.

10.1 Right to Amend

fun247 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the time of your use governs that use. Where a material change is made, fun247 will provide notice to registered players via email and/or an on-site notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
